2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and unavoidable circumstances.

  • Inside Dhaka City: 2–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka City: 3–5 working days

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the delivery location and courier service.

  • Inside Dhaka City: Courier charge applicable

  • Outside Dhaka City: Courier charge applicable

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available across Bangladesh

  • Customers must make full payment to the courier agent at the time of delivery

5. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, our team will contact the customer via phone call or message to confirm the order

  • Orders will not be shipped without confirmation

  • Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically

6. Product Receiving & Responsibility

  • Customers are requested to check the package in front of the courier agent

  • Any visible damage or issue must be reported immediately

  • Once the product is received and accepted, Bombshell Beauty will not be responsible for any damage or claims

7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges must be borne by the customer

  • Bombshell Beauty reserves the right to cancel future COD orders in case of repeated delivery refusals
